  The NCA must be an independent entity with Telecommunication Lawyers and Engineers and not politicians else it will continue to lack. Seal the loopholes and safe Ghana

  Our internet penetration is one of the lowest in the sub-region. The NCA, as you rightly stated, must be independent and must fine the networks if they go wrong and use those monies to buy equipment to further monitor the net ...

  If we have advocates of the networks being the monitors/enforcers, then nothing will be done.
  
  How much does it cost to call Ghana from outside (compare the rates to those of other countries)? If we have people taking bribes, then we can't achieve anything.
