  I like the idea that Ghana is trying to raise capital in diverse ways but what is been done to plan and structure our initiatives?Are we taking the proper steps to institute a management and accounting system that is self governing so that a change in governments doesn't collapse their operations.Should we to worry about a different government placing a family memeber in charge to siphon fund from it quietly?
