Until the government declare a total and complete ban to the practice, there will be a time our environment and resources will be depleted. when that happens don't count on the Chines to allow us in their country. The problem is sinking deeper and deeper and we should move to do something about this quickly under the new administration. In fact, I thought that would be one of the first issues for the government to deal with. While we appreciate the Chinese assistance from the Chinese, we cannot allow them to destroy our lands and repatriate their profits. At this point, I don't even know what they think of us for allowing them to plunder our lands. Are we simply idiots or what? Perhaps we are, especially those in authority who should be protecting the youth and their future.

So what happens to those who are genuinely operating with licences/documents issued by the authorised govt institutions who with their authentic documents went in for loans from different sources (to operationalize these projects ) which they have not yet recouped.Will the government pay these loans on behalf of these genuine licence holding small scale miners

Secondly,have we as a country thought of the fact that some people genuinely do the mining work as their career/profession. Would the government find an equally pleasing or profitable work for these genuine licence holding small scale miners since it is the government who is preventing or stopping them from pursuing their dream profession

what if the govt is taken to court by these genuine licence holders for denying them of their fundamental right of livelihood(if the govt tries to stop from operating after having issued them with licences to operate)
