  The talking is too much in Ghana. The Ghana Education Service should supply teaching and learning aids or materials to the classroom teachers and the quality of teaching in public schools will improve. The talking and seminars are too much.Most teachers have left the teaching profession because of the lack of teaching materials in the public schools. As a professional body, the GES is aware of this basic problem but since 1980 to the present, nothing concrete has been done about this problem.The GES is only interested in victimizing and frustrating classroom teachers.The GES does not encourage teachers, they don't motivate or they don't improve the conditions of service for teachers.The GES should be scraped. It is a very useless body.
