Why did you fail to respond to majority of Ghanaians who were calling for New register? because you were doing your John Ford Mahama and his NDC criminals room to massage the numbers results in NDC criminals office complex before sending it to you for announcement but Men and women who loves Ghana prayers call for God intervention, and NDC criminals plan was declined,so don't portrait yourself to Ghanaians as an angle because you nearly plug Ghana into civil war woman ,

A store that sells husbands has just opened where a woman may go to choose a husband from among many men.
The store is composed of 6 floors, and the men increase in positive attributes as the shopper ascends the flights.
There is, however, a catch. As you open the door to any floor you may choose a man from that floor, but if you go up a floor, you cannot go back down except to exit the building.
So a woman goes to the shopping center to find a husband.
On the first floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - These men have jobs.
The woman reads the sign and says to herself, "Well, that's better than my last boyfriend, but I wonder what's further up?" So up she goes.
The second floor sign reads:
Floor 2 - These men have jobs and love kids.
The woman remarks to herself, "That's great, but I wonder what's further up?" And up she goes again.
The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love kids and are extremely good looking.
"Hmmm, better" she says. "But I wonder what's upstairs?"
The fourth floor sign reads:
Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love kids, are extremely good looking and help with the housework.
"Wow!" exclaims the woman, "very tempting. BUT, there must be more further up!" And again she heads up another flight.
The fifth floor sign reads:
Floor 5 - These men have jobs, love kids, are extremely good looking, help with the housework and have a strong romantic streak.
"Oh, mercy me! But just think... what must be awaiting me further on?"
So up to the sixth floor she goes.
The sixth floor sign reads:
Floor 6 - You are visitor 6,875,953,012 to this floor.
There are no men on this floor.
This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossible to please.

Everyone is judged by his/her failure. Ms. Charlotte, know that nurses, teachers, policewomen, and even female doctors and lawyers are ALL judged by their failures. You can be excellent, and take care of ALL your patients. Everyone will remember the one patient you failed to give the right medication to, and subsequently died.
STOP PLAYING THE WOMANHOOD VICTIMIZATION AND WORK HARDER.
1. Why embark on changing the LOGO of EC before an Election, to potentially confuse the electorate at a HEFTY price tag, when you claimed not to have time for cleaning the voter's register.
2. Why didn't you embark on reviewing and cleaning the registrants with the NHIS cards when the Supreme Judges had ordered the EC to clean the register?
3. Notice that Afari Djan lost credibility with the people with "no verification, no vote mantra" and yet some voters voted without biometric verification. His inability to define or determine "over-vote; either by the classical or the technical" term, was effusive, to say the least.
So you walked into a situation that required due diligence, and hard work to restore confidence in the voting public. You were not seen as pursuing due diligence.
4. We need to work hard to restore confidence in public institutions, AND NOT THE MAN who appointed you. The Chief Justice has hard work to do, especially with the "Anas Video" of bribe-taking judges. She did her job to the admiration of many Ghanaians.
Anyone would be criticized regardless of your gender

Though there's some truth to the claim by women that society tends to raise the judgement bar somewhat higher for women than for men, it is not only men who do it! Women also partake in this practice of unfairness against women! It is a common belief that women are their own worst enemies! There is also a common belief, even among women themselves, that men are more considerate toward women in the work place than women are!
It has become a weapon in the arsenals of women to quickly turn any negative judgement of their performance into a sexist issue, playing themselves up as victims and men as villains!
History tends to be merciless against failure, whether it is the performance of men or women!

IS THERE ANY OFFICE HOLDER, MAN OR WOMAN, WHO IS NOT JUDGED BY THEIR FAILURES? IF THE IMPORT OF THIS STATEMENT IS TO CLAIM THAT WOMEN ARE JUDGED BY THEIR FAILURES WHEREAS MEN ARE IMPLICITLY EXEMPT, THEN THIS IS THE MOST PREPOSTEROUS STATEMENT TO COME FROM A HIGH STATE OFFICE HOLDER LIKE MADAM CHARLOTTE OSEI. SHE MAKES TOO MANY CONTROVERSIAL STATEMENTS AND IT IS BETTER SHE LEARNS FROM DR. AFARI-DJAN BY SHUNNING THE LIMELIGHT THROUGH STATEMENTS AND SPEECHES AND FOCUSING ON DELIVERING HER MANDATE.

Madam C. All that you have going for you is your beauty. If I were you, I will shut up and let Ghanaians as usual forget how you nearly through you incompetence caused a civil war. The EC website was not hacked reason being, web sites have cpanel (backend) that the passwords can be reset buy your web hosting company. Also your web site was so simple even my kid could design that in 5 min. So that story is cock and bull that you can tell you story to those who don't understand how a web site is developed. Why you are still at post is an indictment of a society prepared to harbour losers who purposefully use God’s name. This is not a gender issue. This is purely about competence.

I don't agree with the EC boss on this,as long as it's public service you re measured by some bench marks, institutional guidelines must be adhered to,failure anywhere has never been praised except when such actions benefits another. Her office demand FairPlay and accountability and anything short than that does not border on gender, that's why rules re reviewed in consultation with stakeholders, her performance in the last elections has received praises both local and international but that did not come without a fight in court, her posture right from when she took office was quiet problematic, from logo to disqualification of party's base on her understanding of the law obviously did not sit well with the general public as well as political parties.Dont forget her rigidity led to the state losing money in the district level elections that could not be held at the first date due to court order. On the average males dominate in political offices than women so when a woman heads a sensitive position such her office makes it even more demanding because no matter how educated a woman is the natural dominants of men over her can never be ruled out,the reverse is possible but in the case of men I ll say 70% unlikely wand 70% likely in the case of women.
