    Togbe has no case, his land has not been encroached, the alledged building can go as high as it could provided they do not extend it over the line to enter his jurisdiction.I think he is looking for cheap money.

    If we used the logic Afede wants to apply here there would not have been a single tall building in New York.Every man wants his house to be the tallest,biggest and nicest in the neighborhood.
