A member of the Counsel of State who is also the President of the National House of Chiefs has filed a suit against the Chief of Defence Staff, Minister of Interior, Attorney General and a private developer for trying to breach his right.

Togbe Afede XIV, who is also the Paramount Chief of the Asorgli State, Tuesday, 28th February, 2017 filed the action under Article 33 and Order 67 of the C.I 47 seeking the enforcement of his fundamental rights to privacy of his home.
