  No matter what anyone thinks of Arthur Kennedy, including myself, this is a masterpiece. If the leaders of the nations of Africa are serious about development then why are they neglecting their greatest resource, the youth? This wilful shortsightedness will cost the continent so much loss that will take so many years to undo.
