One should not performed either of the roles before being exonerated from blame. Per your argument, former president JR RAWLINGS did not do any of the two during the campaign. Will you there say he should be blamed for the defeat? Looking at the critical role Koku Anyidoho played for Mills, Stan Dogbe did same to Mahama. He must be blamed. He was publicly rude and arrogant. Stan was the target of over 100 journalist who petition the President for his removal from office after he smashed a recorder of a reporter and wouldn't apologise. He was blamed for the shoddy treatment of the Press Corps at the Presidency leading to a fatal accident the took the life of one of the journalists. He got prominent and suspiciuous mention when his classmate"s husband, Hon. JB Danquah was murdered in his own home. So Stan was not just a Useful Idiot for the President and First Lady, he was a public nuisance and a buffoon to Ghanaian press. That is why he must share with his boss the blame for people's anger and mistrust of the President's suitability for a second term
