They have free education and illiteracy rate in Cuba is lower than the US which means what...?

Castro sowed a sense of nationalism into his people and despite economic blockade imposed on Cuba by the US, the Cuban people persevered and they will understand what their leader did for them in later years'

Castro survived ten US presidents and here is a prophetic statement he made in 1973 which came to pass. Castro said "The US will talk to us {Cuba} if the they have a black president and the world has a Latin American pope". Wasn't that prophetic?

Castro stood tall in the face of an adversary who thought the world is under her feet. The Cuban leader is dead and gone but what he thought his people will live in infamy.
