    Well written article....however, few points are worth noting;
    1. He didn't use his own money to establish the NCTC.....it was an institutional acquired loan which the govt stood in as a guarantor.

    I REMEMBER PAYING GLOWING TRIBUTE TO OSAGYEFO DR KWAME NKRUMAH WHEN HE ARRIVED IN GHANA AFTER HIS LONG STY IN GERMANY. I THINK THAT IS THE "POLITICAL SIN" HE COMMITTED AT A TIME WHEN NPP WERE IN POWER.
