  Bad leadership style,couple with gargantuan incompetence at micromanaging of party affairs has resulted in the NPP inability to produce manifesto for December 7 election. As if that was not bad news enough,the alleged 20 independent parliamentary candidates is a clear manifestation of a party in total disarray.
  
  Furthermore,if it is true,that most of these independent candidates are hardcore Akufo Addo loyalist,then one does not have to be a rocket scientist to conclude that,defeat is starring them at the face hence they are looking for employment a day after December 7.
