On entering the 2nd circle of Dante's Inferno, one encounters the serpentine Minos who wraps its tails around the individual of interest a certain number of times, in proportion to one's sin and the merited punishment.
But all of those individuals are already dead, with the exception of Dante Alighieri, whose purpose for going to hell I am still not clear about. And if this Agboyie guy, if he were to be found guilty, he should die so his appropriate punishment can be determined by how many times Minos wraps its tail around him. As the mode of death is already prescribed by the Constitution: hanging or firing squad, one or the other could be granted Agboyie as his last wish.
