I met Kwesi Pratt somewhere in 1984 we had no dialogue, but both of us were part of a discussion on how to prevent the imposition of IMF polices on Ghana.
From look at things Kwesi Pratt and I happen to be neighbours because at the time of the coup in 1966 I was residing at the back of the Mamaobi Polyclinic which was then under construction and he resides at Kotobabi.
I was 13 years old when the military quislings of the imperialist overthrow the government of CPP led by Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Kwesi from look at things should have been 14years or more old then.
We the communist in this country make our view and our world outlook clear that we are for a building of an equitable society in Ghana with an economy run by the state, with the major means of production and distribution owned by the state on behalf and in the interest of the people.
We form allies with people depending on the political situation at a point in time and when our allies become sellout and no more protect the interest of Ghana we abandon them.
To us the interest of the people is supreme even above our own personal interest. To us the nation and party is Supreme so we do not have any mask, since we have for a long time shown our bare face to the public.

Look,Kwesi Pratt is a human being n has his flaws, one of his flaws is that he doesn't accept defeat n I must confess, I hate that of him, but truth must be told,the guy is genius. He is so gifted with analytical mind. He speaks his mind, tells u as it is in the face even if u are his friend.it is true he sympathises with NDC, but he never spares them when they go wrong in his view. It is also true he has had good relationships with almost all presidents n perhaps their governments but ll never beome sycophant n remain with a particular President just to ve favour from him. He thinks more nationalistically n perch with the government in power to influence it to benefit the populace as he believes in. Yes he might have proposed certain theories under certain regimes but it always not a virtuous to be too consistent at all time in all circumstances. Nana might be preaching new ideas but if Kwesi believes what Mahama has started is gearing towards achieving same purpose perhaps in a better y does he ve to pin himself down to support Nana at all cost. To below a point the writer makes abt.Kwesi's educational attainment. Infact ,that is all Uncle Pratt has reached in the educational ladder then I duff my hat for him ll love him the more.
