You have blamed and blamed and blamed but you have not, in a single instance, stated the problem - why is the bill that has been passed bad?

That is what most of us will be interested in first! I know you've had occasion to say that already but in an article like this, you should restate it. It cannot be too much.

This is a technical topic which many people cannot see at once and understand. Perhaps all those organizations you're blaming may not know the nitty gritty of it either.

And it's possible that your take on the issue MAY just be one of several positions and not necessarily the best position even if you're making it sound as if no one in his right mind should take a position other than yours.

So you ALWAYS have to let your readers know why your opposition to the bill is the proper position to take.

And, of course, we'll have to hear from the supporters of the bill why they will endorse a position that is so palpably(?) deleterious to the nation as a whole.
