This crook has been warned several times not to wear the title PhD and yet he is so adamant. Are these the kind of opinions emanating from the head of a PhD holder? Aside the message of his opinion also lies a serious problem ...

This crook has been warned several times not to wear the title PhD and yet he is so adamant. Are these the kind of opinions emanating from the head of a PhD holder? Aside the message of his opinion also lies a serious problem with use of language. The expressions are terrible, yet he claims he undertook a course in Creative Writing. Commonsense is important in creativity and Okwampa doesn't have it.
