  Before the west developed into what they are today, they worked hard to develop their infrastructure under very difficult conditions. They sacrificed comfort and the goodies you see today for the infrastructure which is what propelled them into rapid growth to where they are today. Of course, they had cheap labour, and sometimes forced labour at their disposal. Building infrastructure is thus necessary for progression into the middle income nations bracket. Unlike the colonial times when the now developed countries used cheap and forced labour to develop, we do not have that luxury today. There is nothing wrong if we borrow to develop our infrastructure which our children and grand children will inherit to build on their fortunes for the future. America owes more than any country in the world; Japan owes more than three time its GDP. Most of the countries you are residing in and parasiting on borrowed massively to develop their infrastructure that you enjoy today. I hope Mr Kyeremeh will tell us what the NPP did with the huge HIPC relief funds they got. Is it the HIPC toilets and useless jubilee parks you term development? Or is it the road constructions, most of which they could not complete, and did not have any funding arrangement when they left power that you can point to? Talk about the gang of 6 roads which gave the NDC government a hell of time in sourcing money to complete. The legacy of the NPP can be found in the book they authored and christened "So Far, So Good" which contained old castles and monkey sanctuaries as developments under their watch. How do you compare that to the NDC's Green book which contains real development projects which are verifiable on the ground? I am really sad for people like Kyeremeh and his ilk, who for parochial partisan political or ethnic reasons, criticize just for the sake of it. God bless our homeland Ghana.

America is still on some infrastructure, you can't neglect the people and give excuse of your failures as infrastructure development. If John mahama used infrastructure as mediocrity in 2008, then it has come back to hit him hard with expensive infrastructure with inferior materials. NDC is not good for Ghana and they won't shut up.

  It should be called the ghost book instead of green because everything in that book is non existing It is a sham period
