  This affirms the fact that police are generating IGF in the sense that they know the number of ppl they want as to take but opened the system for so long for more ppl to get in before closing. (2) it could be that lack of em ...

  This affirms the fact that police are generating IGF in the sense that they know the number of ppl they want as to take but opened the system for so long for more ppl to get in before closing. (2) it could be that lack of employment pushed more ppl to buy the forms to get placement in the service. (3) lack of financial support from the govt could force them to create corrupt ways for IGF. So the govt, the police and the citizens should all help to erase all the bad habits from our society. Prof God bless u for good piece.
