  Where you used two cubes of foreign sugar for your tea, you have to use four or five or six cubes of Komenda sugar for the same tea...

  Since when were BOUCHON and ST LOUIS sugar produced in Britain ? The word Bouchon in french means "Cork".Please put your records straight. These 2 sugar brands are purely french and not English so your assertion that you imported them from Britain is false.

Where I come from a parent cannot claim to love a child and then refuse to pay his or her school fees, buy recommended school clothes for his or her body and then make sure the ward is almost always late to school; do you catch my drift Mr Bawah?
  
  The blame Mahama game is too stupid for my taste. Every president Ghana ever had engages in nepotism and tribal preferences to take care of his tribe and preferred friends. J.J. Rawlings did it for the whole 19+ years in office and those who love J.J. may say it was meritorious. Kufour did his and today we have more Ashantis in higher level government posts and other who just made off like bandits when Kufour was in office. Busia did it too except his time in office was cut short. Atta Mills was afraid of his own shadow and wanted to play it safe as J.J. Rawlings was breathing down his neck. Akufo-Addo is not desperate to get into the office of the presidency for the love of Ghana but because the people in Eastern region of Ghana like the Central and Western regions have been ignored long and hard enough.
  But guess what? If in each administration one or two of the following items: electricity, roads, railroads, telecommunications drinking water and other infrastructures had been the major political focus and not tribal nepotism Ghana would be far ahead of all African nations including South Africa.
  
  Did President Mahama dismantle power stations that used to provide power? Did he tell farmers to stop growing sugar cane? Did Mahama tell some Ghanaians to steal electrical power through illegal connections? We became reliant on India the minute Kufour chose to let Indians design, architecturally our new flagstaff house that looks more fitting in India than Ghana, purchased cheap India vehicles for our police and security agencies even as political morons drove around in Toyota Land Cruiser and other heavy duty expensive vehicles. If our police and security agencies were a priority they would have better, reliable vehicles instead of common criminals in government offices riding around in US$70,000+ Toyota, Nissan and other brand vehicles. There is no sin Mahama has committed that is not acceptable norm in our politics of tribal preferences even as people die or suffer from unwarranted diseases. If Ghana and all of us in Ghana had paid our electric bills and if the government has invested the right amount on the right electricity distribution systems some 30 years ago price of electricity would be low today. You are advocating, Mr. Eric Bawah, that President Mahama and his NDC artificially keep electricity prices low for businessmen and rich folks who ride around in expensive cars live in expensive homes and throw money around on their side chicks but would want government subsidize electricity for their life styles.
  
  Tell your friends to start investing in solar panels if they truly care, are smart and want to save on future electric bills. The price of one of their many cars will pay for solar kits for their homes and businesses; they only need oil-based power when they are into heavy production and machinery business. Until then ask yourself this question how many homes did Nkrumah have and how many foreign trips, cars and other perks awaited him upon leaving office? Those who came after him are living large aren't they?
