Ivory Coast is doing well because government destructors(opposition members) are all in exile. The old man in Ivory Coast is enjoying his peace of mind to rule his people unlike what we see here from bringing businesses to a standstill because of supreme court elections dispute to sabotaging government by npp workers unions to Bawumia always scaring investors and changing people's mind because of his speculative speeches on the economy. Ivory Coast started using gas to power their energy sector before we even discovered oil in Ghana. Your npp spent 8yrs in government without adding a megawatt to our energy sector. Mahama is doing the opposite of that and coupled with the numerous infrastructure projects I know we are on the right path. I am surprise you and Nana Addo Trump always want us to look at Prez Watara who some considered to be a Burkinabe but you want voltarians names to be deleted from the register because you think they are Togolese. What a double standard? When you are mentioning the old presidents of Africa don't do it by selecting few, continue to add the likes of Jacob Zuma- South Africa, José Eduardo dos Santos – Angola, Robert Mugabe – Zimbabwe, Paul Biya – Cameroon, Yoweri Museveni – Uganda, and Omar al-Bashir – Sudan, who are messing their countries' economics.

Unfortunately, Mr. Nketish failed to comment on some Young Leaders in the World as successful ones. Let us take the immediate persons like Pres. Obama, David Cameron, the present Prime Minister of Canada and many of the young Leaders in the Scandinavia and others, they have done extremely good job. I am not trying to make specification of ages. But one fact is to be successful in ruling a country, it has nothing to be with age, or neither higher academic qualifications, but most importantly, you need a good "Mind-Set of the people you are ruling. The "Man-Set" of Ghanaians are quite different from the Ivorians (a French Speaking country), the Ghanaians, are selfish, have no love of the Nation, political sabotages and tiabalist motivated ideologies, and may be lastly show- big without working harder for it. The Ivorians have tasted a bit of Civil War, and they have learnt to be quite to some extend as compared to Ghana. There are no millions of liars-agitating Radio Stations in the Ivory Coast, so what?
Telling Ghanaians, Akuffo-Addo with his old-age therefore can save the woes Ghana is not correct, unless you Mr Nketia and others will change your "Mind-Set". Akuffo-Addo has been a Minister of Justice, Foreign Affairs, all he flopped, so what next? Does he want to be a President before he could perform? No

And the Young loser, even before the final announcement called to congratulate the SLIM OLD MAN WINNER?
Did we also know that the Ivorian economy, just like all the Francophone countries are tied to and controlled by the French economy? Did we know that the Inflation and Interest rates of Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali and Senegal are all lower than Ghana's?
Did we therefore know that it has never been the age of the President, but the dynamics of their economic environment that dictates their rates?
Did we know that, lands in Ivory Coast, just as in all the francophone West Africa are VESTED in the State; and therefore makes PLANTATION AGRICULTURE easy?
Did we know about the Houphoiet-Boigny vrs Kwame Nkrumah challenge?
Shame into us all for deceiving the public by clutching unto a twig in our drowning!

What is Nana's track record of success?Don't simply tell us that he is a legal luminary or that he is a visionary with nothing to support such claims. Remember that Nana Addo has been given his chance by the NPP faithful and he has woefully failed. And please don't compare the Ivory Coast economy to Ghana's. All Third World countries suffer from neo-colonialism and the Francophone countries are more neo-colonialist than others. The Ivory Coast economy is so wired into the French economy that no matter how well it does, it only enhances the French economy. We can only compare the two economies realistically if and when we allow Great Britain to take control of our economy . When that happens, I am sure you will see the kind of massive developments that we see in the Ivory Coast. But the question is, would we prefer it that way? Would we be truly free? Only ignoramuses would keep on making references to and comparisons with the Ivory Coast. Please give us a break

Ivory Coast discovered oil in great quantities 1977. As far back as 2005, Ivory Coast was pumping up to 35,000 barrels of oil a day.They also have considerable amount of natural gas.

The war was their own making. Stupid Gbagbo, came out with his "Ivorite" nonsense and they reaped the results of his daft ego.The whole concept that, your mum and dad have to be Ivorians to be president was ill-conceived.Giving the fact that Houphouet Boigny,first wife was from Senegal and his kids were half Senegalese.Needless, to say, Alassane Outtarra"s wife is also an Algerian.

By the way, can you tell Akufo Addo, that Ivory Coast is far bigger than Ghana in terms of land mass as we learnt from our geography lessons in primary school. So if he ever goes to the western region in Ghana, he should refrain from telling cocoa farmers that Ghana is bigger than the Ivory Coast. "It is expected that the field could produce an average of 100,000 barrels, which is budgeted for, but I am sure we will hit about 105,000 to 110,000 barrels in 2014," CEO Alex Mould told an investment conference in the Ghanaian capital.

"The average oil production as of March 25 was about 104,000 barrels. We're currently (at) about 109,000 barrels," he said.
