  The sometimes vague nature of judicial ruling gives interested parties of all kinds to put their own interpretations on them. Judicial Review is a vital part of our legal system.
  
  It provides a mechanism to hold public bodies to account for their decision-making and provides much needed protection for some of the most vulnerable groups in our society against the State.
  
  A judicial review or constitutional interpretations must therefore take cognizance of the citizens interest and your interpretation would disenfranchise those who legally registered but for some reason would not be available to re-register.
  
  If you talk of natural justice in Judicial review nothing can be worse than striping the citizen of a lawful activity in the past.You can not penalize conduct which was lawful when it occurred.
  
  It therefore goes without saying that there is a presumption that statutes are not intended to have retroactive effect unless they merely change legal procedure.

  2. in the process disrespecting the constitution of ghana because the npp is a public organisation.
  3. does not believe in freedom of speech because those who express their opinions in the npp are sanctioned.
  4. even if he does is too weak to stand up for freedom of speech.
  5. does not publicly sanction those on his party who say derogatory things against those of other tribes.
  6 has up to date not told us anything about how he will run ghana differently.

  things might be difficult now but nana addo is definitely not the one who can take us out of these difficulties.

If you think your radio friends at Joy fm, Citi for, Peace fm and all such stations and their self same and uncultured serial callers are the sure measures of what will happen in the elections, you may as well prepare for a heart attack.
