    The National Security Agency in USA uses such regulation.

    The law does not say you should eavesdrop eveyrbody's message. ...

    Where is privacy? Do we still have the right of privacy as people? This law will only benefit the power brokers. Please at least permit us to freely discourse the misconduct of leaders without fear.

    Ghana doesn't need any telecommunication message law. In Ghana, anyone close to the president thinks he or she can say anything that is out of order and get away with it.
