Following cattle from place to place just won't do in today's world in which Ghana has more than 25 million people. But we need cattle. It will be difficult to ask the Fulani to change their ways. But that has to be done. A better way of rearing cattle has to be found. Cattle feed on hay. We just have to cultivate this hay for them to feed on. This can't be too difficult. Grass grows easily everywhere and countries with snowy seasons still manage to stow away grass for their cattle during the winter.
As for raping and killing people, these are simply criminal acts that have to be treated as such.
