ICC is not a responsible organization...We all witnessed that whenever an act of terrorism is committed in any NATO country or their doll countries the terrorists are pursued with all the force of the state. Meanwhile when countries that are not dolls of NATO pursue terrorists who commit crimes in their own states that act by that state is taken to be a crime against humanity. Take for instance Guantanamo is a U.S. territory but why it is that a U.S. president can not be charge for a crime committed there. But the same U.S. ask for the extradition of nationals of other countries who are alleged to have committed crime against the U.S. in their own countries.
The U.S. for instance is not a signatory to the Rome treaty. The U.S. is assumed to be the most democratic country in the world, thus invariably if Africans want to be democratic they must withdraw from the International Criminal Court since U.S. itself is not a signatory.
There are instances in which nations who did not ratify the ILO Convention on Child Labour comes here to tell us to ban child labour when they have not ban it themselves and in this case again U.S. which has not ratified any of the ILO Conventions comes to the fore.
Africa must withdraw from the ICC since it does not save the interest of the continent, since it has become a neocolonial instrument in the hands of the imperialist.
You have done a nice job, but it is half done. You need to to further research and come out to improve on what you wrote.
Was it not absurd when in 2011 the U.S. and her NATO partners were calling on Africa to make homosexuality a norm in their constitutions, when they by then did not pass laws to legalize it.
It is most unfortunate that most of the time we allow people to insult or integrity because we gullible accept whatever they say without subjection it to analysis.

These three organizations: the UN, NATO and the ICC only serve in the interest of these three countries: US, UK and France. What annoys me most is that the so called human rights groups only support the calls and decisions of these three countries. With all these injustices going on how can one be surprised about the global unrest?

US is not a party to the Rome Statute so US citizens cannot be prosecuted at the ICC including their presidents. They can only be prosecuted if an organisation sends such a request with evidence and it's investigated by the prosecutor. So they can still be dragged there of course it's dependent on if US government decides to comply if it's in their interest according to their laws (Service Members Protection Act). But thanks guys.
