  An infant masquerade you called the Police who are I'll equipped and less resourced with modern crime investigation and detection tools.
  I think it would have been better if you used your column to tell the so called "umbrella emblemed group" the need to modernise the operations of the Police first before pointing fingers at the police as an infant masquerade dancer.
  Have you taken the pain to know how far the police has come with the on going investigations to the cases you referred to?
  Have you taken the time to know how well equipped the police is in investigating such cases?
  Kindly get more closer to the infant masquerade dancer and ask them why are they masquerading.
