  I think cities must be responsible paying workers servicing the sanitary issues as well as advising public the need to keep sanity..educate public how they can keep the toilet clean and it must also be INDUSTRIAL wc that can flush the toilet regularly and there should be heavy fine on people disobedience on misuse of the public toliet
