  It is now clear that Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong had a clear vision to destroy the NPP for 2016 to favor their Agenda 2020 vision.Therefore any person either in or out of NPP cannot reasonably blame Akoffo Addo for the problems in the NPP. I have heard Nana making several passionate apples for unity but always the problems are resurrected by Afoko/ Kwabena. In fact if they are sincere to see an to the crises in the Party this the time to show remorse and appeal through the Internal Procedures where all their grievances could be address amicable.Deciding to fight their through the courts and the Media confirms that they are truly against Nana Addo coming to power in 2016 and must be kicked out Nana is not responsible for the problems in the NPP as his enemies are shouting fro roof tops.the Battle is for the Lord

  In the first place there is no secrete that those who sat on the matter had vested interest in its out come.Fredy Blay as the vice chairman and close confidant and lap dog of Akuffo could not have been free from bias and that is a cardinal principle which governs natural justice.
  
  The principle of natural justice requires that any semblance of bias should nullify a decision on that basis.This a typical example of bias and the rules of natural justice should intervene to nullify the decision of the bias panel.
  
  I have no doubt at all that that decision of the disciplinary committee endorsed by the Akuffo yes men can not stand the test of scrutiny under a court of equity.

Come to Ghana and see how people especially northerners feel ashamed to be called NPP members. Other tribes like the Ga-Adamgbes the Fantes not to mention the Brongs and Ewes. All are sympathizing with Afoko, so sit there and eat the cancerous sausages. There is total madness at the NPP hqts @ 'ASYLUM DOWN' in Accra and all lawyer TOKE Essuman Kow could contribute is to add petrol to NPP fires. All things are lawful, but not all lawful things are helpful. And TOKE Essuman says he doesn't know this? ' kwasia npanyin' Essuman.
