    Ghanaian leaders are clueless. They control everything, they've made the people helpless. Nothing can be done properly in that country.

    There's sanitation companies and recycling going on in Ghana also. There just needs to be more public engagement by these private entities so that it becomes habit.

    The people who rule Ghana simply don't have the BRAINS to do what you are suggesting. They are ONLY interested in robbing as much state funds as possible.
