If she had hidden the poison and the grandchild vehemently searched for it and drank it, the dummiest person on this planet would not blame her but rather have sympathy for her.

My wife and mother didn't detect till I came back from work and realize frequency at which she was passing urine was alarming, I quickly rushed her to the doctor and she was saved. Drugs should be hidden and locked. May his soul RIP
