That sounds like a great analysis of the issue at stake. How do we define justice? Is justice always needed? Can justice prevail in a perturbed world? Has justice always prevailed? Should we seek for what is virtually not possible to attain? Does Anas'veil pose the accused judges at risk? would it be just to be questioned and interrogated as well as accused by someone you can not even tell by facial recognition? The video seems to carry the information that the judges took bribe. Well, philosophically, why do we have the observed and what really took place? Has the video been edited to suit what Anas wants the world to see? Who edited the video and would a person edit a video to put himself at risk? Did Anas break the law by offering bribe? Was he a culprit? Was he encouraging bribery by offering bribe? Can we know or we can only believe? Is believe synonymous to knowledge? Anas' video mentions other judges who have not been freed for mistakenly being added to the list as it was said but how do we know this is mere mistake and is not deliberate? Has the reputation of those judges who were mistakenly added been damaged? Can the reputation be restored? The problem in this world is that the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt. Interestingly Anas involves the police in these cases, who of us is not aware of the bribery in Ghana police service. Police collect bribe on the road and everywhere. Has Anas addressed that? Why does he not first address the bribery of the police before involving the police in addressing other crimes. Is Anas great at his work? Possibly not! He only does what he can do and nothing great! Has the revelation of these videos put bread on the table of the average Ghanaians or improved the lives of Ghanaian?. Will bribery and corruption stop? Can Anas vow in his world never to have given a bribe to a police on the road before? I am never in support of the bribery but am confident that appearance is not always a reality. That the video appears to show judges receiving an envelop does not necessary mean they took bribe. The envelop could contain any other thing. We would understand the statement " appearance is not always a reality" by considering the case of a very fundamental physics principle " mirage" ..... We can forgive a child who is afraid of the darkness, the real tragedy is when men are afraid of the light

You have given us all good food for thought. Unfortunately, many Ghanaians do not want to be confronted with this uncomfortable part of the whole Anas issue. They will say that you are trying to demean Anas' work, or that you are defending the judges for getting bribes, or that you may be related to the justices and enjoyed part of their loot, etc.
But there are philosophical, natural scientific, moral and legal aspects of this issue that we ALL must discuss and not run away from. And this should not be seen as condoning the actions of the justices.
That Anas can appear in court to testify against the accused whose faces everybody sees while Anas, himself, remains unseen (like the Almighty God) is a very serious thing that should be discussed notwithstanding the guilt of the justices.
But it seems Ghanaians are being swayed by public sentiments and have become blind to certain pertinent issues involved in this case. As you have rightly stated, it is only the justices, themselves supposedly versed in the workings of the law, who can hit back at Anas' methods. Those other victims of Anas did not have the wherewithal by knowledge to do this.
Let us, Ghanaians, discuss these things.
Thanks, Seshie, for giving us a good starting point to this discussion.

Yes, you're right that evidence can be given in camera and there times when there is the need to protect the witness. But each of these situations has to be justified and the one seeking for the protection has to convince the court about this.
But Seshie's argument is beyond these judicial concerns. It is epistemological and also purely moral. How do we know what we know without ourselves involved in the shaping of that knowledge? And what is the moral justification (and equity) of my accusers seeing my face while I cannot see theirs?
CCTVs don't come to court to speak and give evidence against the people they have caught...

What kind of people are that? What kind of Quantum mechanics is that? I feel so embarrassed reading from Ghanaian block heads .
Just explain what you think without going into Quantum and the rest.

Read the article again, maybe again and again. The point was made more than clearly. The implications of Anas' latest revelation is more than meets the eye.
And the only known body of knowledge currently in the world that shakes the foundation of everyday belief is Quantum mechanics. That is why I have to use it as an analogy to how Anas' work is promising to shake the Judiciary and the entire nation.
