Nations who break the chains that bind them to their colonial masters do well because they look forward to no life support. UK does well because its citizens love their country and will work to provide all the comforts needed to live in a developed nation even if it takes enslavement of others.
Where has the UK been since 1966? EU nations and the Americas have spent trillions of dollars and continue to do so trying to save Afghanistan, Iraq and every other nation they've helped screw up yet they walked away from sub-Sahara African nations they've screwed. They are coming again because there is something to be had that the NPP and NDC political parties are willing to hand over; these investors see value where the NPP and NDC dummies see none. A note of caution; the last time we saw a boat full of well meaning Brits we ended up on slave ships for a very long time.

Lets hope this will mark a new approach to business where all parties have their fair share and especially where there will be equity for the weaker partner.
