Anas strongly believes this is what is holding "Africa back".

So hold on to your pledges Koiwah, and may be(just may be) your generation may be able to move "the rock"further ...like Nkrumah did during his time.

i associate myself with these sentiments and pledges you have made. indeed a perceived corrupt judiciary should not be celebrated but rather i believe is a tragedy and must be condemned. nice piece

Justices see how political novices get filthy rich overnight, while they might have spent so much money and time to train themselves and worked for so long and can't have anywhere as much as the Politicians. So, they then feel justified to break the Law to make up to fit their status.

Meanwhile, all that was seen in Anas' Video did involve private Citizens and the Judges. Most of the cases were about culprits in the ordinary ranks of the Citizenry.

How about cases that involve dignitaries, politically powerful entities, and Institutions and Corporations? Our National Assets from Gold, Telecom to Factories and Oil have all been objects of corrupt sales.

If only we knew how much the loss of revenues from these has been costing us, not only in cash but in lives, we would be wailing till 'thy kingdom come'.

Our Politicians have long compromised our Judiciary to get away with massive fraud and Corruption that have made former filthy rich. The Judges know about that but feel effeminate to do anything about that. So, they are also doing their own thing to square off with the Politicians.

It is time all our Citizenry demanded strict adherence to our Laws, from the President to the common worker on the Farm taking stipends for a day's work, from IGP and Chief Justice to the Trotro-Mate. And when we have any international commerce or finance deal to strike with any Business entity, our Judiciary, led by the Attorney-General, ought to swear on our Nation's Oath to do the very best to safeguard our Nation's best interest. Cutting 10% commission deals in secret to sell our Assets off is a crime against our Humanity.

Stand up Ghana! Wake up and demand your Justice from all and by all!!
