A magician was working on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The audience would be different each week, so the magician allowed himself to do the same tricks over and over again.
There was only one problem: The captain's parrot saw the shows each week and began to understand how the magician did every trick. Once he understood he started shouting in the middle of the show:
"Look, it's not the same hat"
"Look, he is hiding the flowers under the table"
"Hey, why are all the cards the Ace of Spades ?"
The magician was furious but couldn't do anything; it was, after all, the captain's parrot.
One day the ship had an accident and sank. The magician found himself on a piece of wood in the middle of the ocean with the parrot, of course.
They stared at each other with hate, but did not utter a word. This went on for a day and another and another.
After a week the parrot said: "OK, I give up. Where's the Ship?"
Imagine the parrot trying to identify the two Koreans and the two Germans in a Sinking ship.

Dr Okoampa-Ahoofe, it's NPP's leadership and political failure and infighting that should concern you! Forget Nana Konadu-Agyeman Rawlings' political life, value and arrangements. One, there's no realistic prospect of the NDP becoming a "third force" or winning power political power in this country. Also, both the NDC and NDP are "ideological soulmates". And, for better or worse, Nana Konadu-Agyeman Rawlings has 'blood' links to the NDC which allows her to swing politically like a pendulum. It should not come as a surprise if she decides to return to the devil she knows [NDC], rather than be destroyed by her 'Frankenstein' NDP.
NPP as the incumbent party lost to the opposition NDC in 2008, defeated again in 2012 and likely to lose for the third time to the NDC in 2016. An NPP defeat in 2016 might spell the end of the party as a truly viable force, and Ghana could be one party-state under the NDC. Currently, NPP is at the crossroads. The party is bitterly divided and tearing itself apart instead of focusing on its groundwork, appeal and campaign message to defeat the corrupt and incompetent NDC Government.
