  The question here is how many speed kilometers was this Toyota Corolla was running, that he run off this children that they were playing in front of their house to death. You see, we Blacks have no sense of doing anything in this world. We are fools that why we do everything in life in a very hard way. As a driver you know very well that you`re entering a town, whether a speed limit has been indicated or not, here, one have to apply common sense, in other words you got to slow down at least 30 kilometer, so that it will be easy for you to break, should in case some crosses you.

  Thank you. It is not because we are blacks. In lawless country these are the things that happen. Ghana is lawless . The law is only made for the poor. If that stupid driver is arrested the corrupt police instead of jailing that driver will collect bride and that murderer will get away with it.

  We should see more careless drivers being arrested and punished for using worn-out tyres, faulty electrical systems, seat belts etc.
  
  There so many dangerous cars on the road because those who are responsible for protecting the public take salaries and are busy doing other things.
  
  Police just sit and watch and play with their phones. And take bribe from offenders.
  
  Indirectly these officials are killing people. God is waiting for them.
