This is very simple...If any party wants to win, they should be buying and distributing solar home systems. Otherwise, they are wasting their time. Solutions = winning the election.

dumsor is a sign of the rapid economic growth in Ghana of recent.
It goes to say our economy is growing very fast under John Dramani Mahama.

All your 3-points are irrelevant. If your stupid leader has come with assertion that the demonstration has energized him to work towards this 'dumsor' phenomenon which is solvable, then what is your article about? You are behaving like your stupid Energy Minister - Kwabena Donkor who made another useless comments.
Go and ask Mr. Mahama why he made that assertive comment? You fools with blinded party egoism planted in your saw-dust filled brains, will not let Mr. Mahama knows exactly what is hapenning on the ground than your self interest alone. You are not punishing me but rather I am concern for the majority who are suffering under this do nothing government of NDC.
Ghanaians gave the mandate to NDC to govern and if the going is rough, a group of people not only NPP party have every right to express their feelings. That is why democratic despensation is all about and at this time, NPP or any group of persons do not owe the electorates any solvable advise.
Having surrounded himself with fools like Ayariga, Ofosu Kwakye, Omane Boamah, others and a person like Ablakwa ( who in the early part of late Mills Administration came to lie under his teeth that the young Mills government had created 1.5 million jobs) which was totally false. Do you hire these sort of individuals to run your government? Get lost with your stupidity. E&OE.

I regret reading this most obnoxious and obtuse article. If this is how some people think in this country, then im afraid we have truly retrogressed. It smacks of a jaundiced logic. How do you logically ask a party not in power to fix a problem when there is a ruling gov't?It just doesn't make sense, and to add insult to injury we are told that Dumsor is as a result of people using mobile phones, fridges etc. Does that not make you feel sick.
For example, its the taxes from the calls we make (call service tax or cst) that was used to fund GYEEDA. And we all know what has happened it it. So if you say mobile fons are the cause, do we know how much we are losing daily because people are not making calls as opposed to when calls are made?
Please, let us be more sensible in our analysis of the issues and stop making politics out of everything.
The Dumsor has not stopped, but somehow during the African Cup of Nations, there was power. Have you asked yourself what is going on?

Stop your disrespectful insults, and listen to the advice given by Mr. Kirk Koffi of VRA in 2007 that we, the general public, should be mindful of wasting electricity by turning off the lights when not in use and also use energy saving bulbs. This was in 2007. If we had listen to his admonishment, dumsor would have been history.

The dumsor issue is bigger than party politics Mr. Writer, it reveals a much deeper issue with the economical pillars holding our nation. Dumsor in itself is a simple problem, the govt of the day has not done anything about it because, economically, they have plunge the nation in a much deeper depression, dumsor is only a tip of the iceburg, to them, the least of their problems. Ghana should wake up!

Read what your President said about the Non violent demonstration. It's to wake up the leaders. Ghana is a democratic country so the NPP has the right to ventilate their concerns through demonstration
