The infraction happened right opposite the Abuakwa Police Station. That is what this report says.

Perhaps the easier way of handling this was to ask Boamah to move his car. If he parked and walked away, then given the severity of the traffic jam, maybe the police should have just proceeded to move the vehicle aside, instead of going to look for Boamah to ask why he blocked the road.

This would have been avoided, if the police had been proactive. Nevertheless, Boamah should face charges.
