  Why are the authorities not responding to the calls by the school to fence Sogasco. Are they waiting for students to be raped and burgled before they take action.
  It is not wise to close the cage after the bird escapes. If it were the MPs house, the District police commander's bungalow or the DCEs compound, the problem would have been fixed at lightening speed.
  Lets think about the number of lives at risk in this case and act to save lives.
