It is composed of a full fledged solution from the creation of regional offices, district offices, mobile enrolment vans, card life cycle management systems etc. I think the NIA should come out with a meet the press conference to better clarify and give a break down of what the monies are intended for. Ghanaians are critiques and they do so without knowing the facts on the ground.

If NIA is securing a loan for the new card, why then do they need a PPP?? If NIA can't execute its mandate of issuing ID cards without IMS, then what's the purpose of NIA?? It should be dissolved.
