    How in your little mind can the new cards stop foreigners from crossing into Ghana from Burkina, togo and other places. We cant even buy chalk for public schools and yet just see what we have contracted a loan to do.

    How on earth can the NIA arrange a loan from another country without the knowledge of the Government.Everything has been cooked underground awaiting the approvaal of the majority with their numbers period.

    If NIA is securing a loan for the new card, why then do they need a PPP?? If NIA can't execute its mandate of issuing ID cards without IMS, then what's the purpose of NIA?? It should be dissolved.
