CHRAJ is an independent body unlike other government departments. So the Commissioner has a great deal of powers. That's why her outrageous spending is so annoying. She could literally order the CHRAJ "money man" to pay the bills with no questions asked. I believe it was whistleblowers who couldn't take it anymore who alerted Graphic to do the exposé.

You can bet your last bofrot that had this woman been appointed by NPP gov't and done the same thing she has done, this double face Michael Bokor Haram wouldn't have spared to link her corruption with the entire NPP gov't. But since this fraud is happening under NDC gov't, Bokor Haram has done his best to decouple the two. What a dishonest person he is.

Here are some facts on Ghana, Dr. Bokor, all military takeover of civilian governments in Ghana are driven by tribe and retribution brought on by tribal loyalties. All government jobs and appointments are by tribal or party loyalties. All election victories come by tribal and or party loyalties. All acts of thievery and mismanagement by our leaders and at the hands of political parties are justified via party or tribal loyalties. If J.J. Rawlings can kill people for presumed bad acts against the state but he can steal, repossess assets of others for his wife and convince fools in our parliament to indemnify his misdeeds via party loyalty and if Kufour can spend 8 years in the office of the president elevating the status of bomb throwers and saboteurs from within his party and tribe to hero status or seek retribution against Tsatsu Tsikata for having more intellectual capacity than all of Kufour's inner circle staff combined while promoting all things Ashanti and NPP as a norm why would a little stealing or mismanagement at CHRAJ be out of step with norms of consciousness in Ghana?
