Since "Roads" is a plural noun, the verb that follows must be a singular verb, that is "affect". The plural verb "affects" must come after a singular noun, "Road". Sulemana was the recent past minister of roads and Transport. During his tenure, he was gaffe-prone and we knew of him talking in favor of Legon charging road tolls. What did he do about the road situation in his home region and other rural areas of the country? Did he put forward any proposal to remedy the situation? If he did what efforts did government make? It's pathetic that following his recent demotion, he now appears to be speaking about the effect of bad road on agriculture. He was precisely put there to help find solution to them; This is a Moron of a minister that has been reshuffled to a rather deprived region. Nobody should listen to him.

This NDC govt has no shame. Instead of burying their heads in shame, Mahama is his cohorts always assign reasons for their ineptitude and mismanagement of the economy. Better Ghana, indeed! A useless country under this govt. When the whole of West Africa is battling with the more serious, terrible, deadly and fast spreading ebola virus, here in Ghana, scores of people are losing their lives through cholera infection, which is easy to tackle, control and overcome cholera. This is the mark of a useless, incompetent, failed govt. Yet, they've already started doing dirty, filthy propaganda for a 2nd term in office. We live to see!
