What have you been drinking and what hard drugs are you on? The Rawlings legacy you're talking about is a myth. It's a hoax. Instead he's the greatest con man in our history. The man shouted himself hoarse with words like probity, integrity, transparency and accountability but has consistently refused to walk the talk. When it mattered most he chose to hide behind an Indemnity Clause he caused to be smuggled into the 1992 Constitution by his hand-picked Constituent Assembly drafters of the said constitution. To date he refuses to admit he's rich let alone tell the rags to riches story that the entire world is itching to hear. There are many questions that he'd do well to answer to clear the mushroom clouds hanging over his head. You're overdosed on a legacy Rawlings himself knows is non-existent.
