  Becasue Mahama knew that his NDC crooks knew he robbed the conscience of majority people of Ghana their votes, as a result he has no authority over any corrupt, thief, dishonest, liar and NDC crook activities should such a thief commit a crime against the state, if (Mahama) tries to descend heavily on any NDC thief or any incompetent Minister, such a particular person will expose Mhama's own diabolical activities he has committed against the State, that is why Mahama has no nerves to discipline his corrupt Ministers and NDC Government officials, if not so why should Elvis Afriyie Ankra can commits such a crime against the State at Brazil, remove him and granted him a higher office when every one expects he (Mahama) to fire him and his Deputy Joseph Yamin.
