Could these NPP evil doers dream of such sabotage during JJ's time? NO! They all ran away to UK and USA and were making noise from there.

For the President to direct that monies should be paid to BDCs means a lot; either somebody is not working and the President is keeping him/her at post or the President knows why there is shortage
