  Would this money serves its purpose or it would go into private individuals pockets and bogus contracts? Lots of monies come into the economy for viable projects that when actually implemented religiously could catapult our struggling nation into paradise on earth, but unfortunate if one look at the projects executed and their corresponding contract sums, one wonder if the materials used for those project were shipped from Mars at great cost to the contractor that at the end of the day what we are given as a nation are laughable.

  Would this money serves its purpose or it would go into private individuals pockets and bogus contracts?
