    Go to the western region- around the Sekondi-Takoradi municipality and you would see worst. Maybe you won't find school kids doing brisk businesses filling potholes but the roads are just as bad.

    they are machines that crush stone, dump trucks (tippers to haul it) and excavators and drill to break it apart...none is work of children except to study school till 18 years unless going to university and you study till 25 ...
