  Thank you Ahmed for your excellent article,but the million dollar question is "Is the BLACKMAN ready to learn any lesson".Americans took MARSHALL PLAN to Europe and the result was wonderful.Are Africans ready to do what the Europeans did?World Bank loans,IMF loans and most foreign loans have been misused and diverted by African politicians into their private accounts.Corruption and greed of the highest degree in Black Africa is our major problem.Unless we change our mindset no plan can change Africa.Now,is it possible to change the mindset of the Black African?
