  Stupid Ghanaian parliament and citizen do you consider these stupid lecture as budget.That why we are what we are.God help Ghana.the so called does not make any sense and it does not worth the paper that that useless finance minister wrote on it.It does not say how much government would spend on health,education,infrastructures,agriculture, housing,security police and the army and the local government.Please do not called these a budget.
