The Ghana Goverment needs to put the necessary infrastructural structures and regulations in place that will encourage the private sector to open up businesses to create the necessary job openings.
Students must be encouraged to become entrepreneurs who start and operate their own businesses to create the needed job openings instead of being encouraged to look up to the govermenbt for civil service jobs.
In the United Srates, the Provate Sector employ 80% of the workforce and that is what m7st pertai8n in Ghana.
The politicians must also escghew conflict of interest and stop awarding contracts to themselves and their cronies. These contracts must go to genuinely established private businesses.

Presently, most schools are under-resourced, therefore, before we implement Free High School, we must make sure these schools are properly resourced to produce quality srtudents and not mushroom-type students. FHS is popular, but this is not the time to implement it - it is like placing the cart in front of the horse. NPP, this idea is BOGUS at best at this point - shelf it.

Youth securing jobs will make them responsible indeed. Like I keep on saying, it is our leaders that turn the youth into arm robbers and turn round to prosecute and imprison them because that is the only means to let the public know that the youths are useless. I urge all the youth to stand up for their rights by taking guns but instead to fight politicians but not innocent Ghanaian.
