Now the case is over and what is AHOOFE, the notorious fagot going to write about? This is what Maggie is going to write about. He will say Draw all the rank and file of the NPP to a meeting. Ask them to bring their minds together on the following: is it true that the NPP is seen as a tribal party. What can we do about it? Is it possible,to put BAWUMIA up as the next candidate. Will this affect those who think that an Akan should always lead this party? After all these months the party is broke, how can funds be raised in preparation for the next battle. Some of the leaders went overboard in their statements, should they be removed? What can be done to pacify the supporters who feel disappointed? Should the NPP have a clear policy on certain places like the Volta Region where they are likely to lose even more votes because of the insults Ewes have got since the case started. What can be done to overcome the feeling that the NPP is a violent party? This is a tall list and the better the party got to work the better.

IT IS VERY VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING THAT THE JUDGES OF THE APEX OF LAW APPLICATION BODY(SUPREME COURT) WILL HAVE TO BASED THEIR JUDGEMENT ON WHOEVER PAYS MONEY TO THEM. CLEARLY THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED THAT IF YOU ARE POOR YOU DON'T DESERVE JUSTICE.
AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR OF ANNOUNCING THE REAL WINNER OF 2012 GENERAL ELECTION, WHEN THE PRESIDENT HAD THE INFORMATION THAT THE JUDGEMENT HAD GONE AGAINST HIM HE SENT HIS AGENTS TO MEET THE AGENTS OF THE JUDGES AND GIVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO THE 'BEGGARS'(JUDGES) TO TURN THE VERDICT IN HIS FAVOR. AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY THREE OF THE JUDGES REJECTED THE MONEY BUT SIX ACCEPTED WITH CHIEF BRIBE RECEIVER WILLIAM ATUGUBA LEADING THE CREWS TO TAKE THE MONEY.

REASON TO CHANGE 1100 TO 1400

BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE MONEY THERE WAS SERIOUS DELIBERATION GOING ON AS TO HOW TO DECLARE THE VERDICT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY CONFUSION IN THE COUNTRY. ALL THE NINE JUDGES WERE/ARE WELL AWARE AND 100% CONVINCED THAT NANA ADDO DANKWA AKOFO-ADDO WON THE ELECTION WITH VAST MARGIN. BUT BECAUSE OF FEAR OF INTIMIDATION, THREAT, ''MANY WAYS TO KILL A CAT'' FROM RULING GOVERNMENT, THE VERDICT WOULD HAVE TO BE DIVERTED IN FAVOR OF THE LOSER OF THE ELECTION.

If a judge upholds a voting without biometric verification, how can Atuguba lie to us by saying the very opposite of what was rightfully stated by the judge in question? Yesterday, I told you Atuguba will be judged by God Almighty before the day ends today so you see, I told you so. Atuguba must be imprisoned for life.

Once this was addressed, nothing else really held any substance.

You see, any properly qualified lawyer will definitely have a fair idea that a petition, not even before a smaller court, but before the highest court of judicature has got no chance whatever of succeeding especially where adducing evidence to establish the balance of probability in favour of the petitioner is completely none existent. No wonder a large majority of Ghanaians wondered if Akuffo Addo is a qualified lawyer or not. How could he endorse bringing such a petition in the first place? I also very much question the legal proficiency and professional prudence and integrity of the team of lawyers that encouraged such a deficient, meritless petition. I hope none of my buddies were involved in this fruitless venture. Entering appearance in the Supreme Court of Ghana should be the proudest moment of any proper lawyer's professional career, going in there to make a complete fool of yourself is just unfathomable.This is exactly what Akuffo Addo and the clueless lawyers that followed him to waste the valuable time of this honourable court have done to themselves. I hope hefty punitive damages was awarded against the petitioners running into six figures to establish to all that the Supreme Court is an arena for serious cases with proper merit. The only good thing , if any at all that has come out of this legal fiasco is the fact that Ghana surely is the seat of constitutional democracy in Africa. I am immensely proud of that.
