My brother, most Ghanaians always believe that, to argue or debate someone on issue is to "fight" against the person and that is why this coward writer, with Arthur-K's name misconstrued Arthur-K advice.

The meaning of ARGUE:
1- Give reasons or cite evidence in support of an idea, action, or theory, typically with the aim of persuading others to share one's view.
2- Persuade someone to do or not to do (something) by giving reasons: "I tried to argue him out of it".
This is exactly what his lawyer did in court; to argue the SC judges out of it.
I have said that, Ghanaweb needs to begin to charge authors for submitting articles. If they had done that, this illiterate would not have submitted his nonsense.

The fact that the writer was kind of suggesting Sir John was guilty even before going in front of the judges shows he has not traveled much. It is important you expose yourself to how others do it so that you can learn something

You are so useless to know that what applies in other countries don't necessarily fit in the Ghanaian context. Travelling outside does not make you a wise man/woman. Appreciate what you have, idiot.

truth does not mater in contempt case. If your father has a big head and you discribed his head as such. You have disrespected him. If you are sermon by the village elders over the insult. All that you can do is to mitigate your punishment by showing remorse but not to justify the insult. That is exactly what Ayiko Otto did. I have never like him but since yesterday, i have changed my views about him. I considered him as one of the arrogant hawks in NPP until yesterday. God bless the lawyer.
